When Sony launched the Alpha a7R, it was the first camera in Sony’s lineup to possess a sensor with a whopping 36MP resolution. And there is no Optical Low Pass Filter (OLPF) which aids in the resolving power and increased image details.
The camera is also user-friendly by all means. The camera features tons of customizations and controls to meet the needs of all sorts of demanding photographers. There are 9 different customizable buttons and 46 assignable functions that can be adjusted based on shooting preferences, including a fully customizable front and back dials, a rear control wheel and an exposure compensation dial. But it can perform continuous shooting only at 4fps, which is quite a bummer here.
